Arbitration

You agree and understand that all claims, disputes, and/or controversies between Yeldu and yourself, shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration at a location which is determined by the arbitrator. This applies not only to Yeldu, but its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, or related companies, which are not limited to tort or contractor claims. If claims are based upon any federal, state or local statute, law, order, ordinance, or regulation, and the issue is arbitrability, then it will be resolved by an arbitrator, who shall be selected by Yeldu.
Any controversy that develops if a dispute is arbitral will be determined by the arbitrator themselves and not the court. Judgement of any award rendered by the arbitrator can be entered by any state or federal court which was jurisdiction thereof. The arbitration contract will be made pursuant to the transaction which involves interstate commerce and its interpretation, application, enforcement, and proceedings, which will be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, (FAA). Both parties shall not be entitled to join or consolidate claims in the arbitration by or against other consumers. Both parties also cannot arbitrate any claim as a member of a class, as a representative, or in a private attorney general capacity. Both parties will voluntarily and knowingly waive any right to have a jury trial.
